The album is divided into two long tracks. They sound like space rock, only slower, stretched out and fluttering. There is also an industrial repetitiveness about these tunes, enhancing the hypnotic and meditative nature of Whisper Room. Furthermore, there is a certain darkness in these sounds, somewhat reminding me of those old dark ambient works by Raison D'Etre or Svartsinn. To me, that was a surprise and not even a bad one. I like dark music and I like industrial ambient soundscapes so, quite obviously, I love this album. The second track 'Pawrover' is my favorite one. It's a bit harsher and a lot more trance inducing than the previous one but both are definitely worth your attention. So yes, this album comes highly recommended to every fan of ambient and its derivatives. You won't be disappointed, I promise you...
