On 'De Onheilsbode' ('harbinger of evil', something like that), Wrok delivers some intense, harsh, chaotic and satanic black metal. Don't expect anything else, nothing atmospheric, no long stretched instrumental pieces, no angelic voices. This album brings only terror and destruction.
'De Onheilsbode' is pure evil in the form of extreme metal. Although some of these songs are twenty years old, they still sound relevant and murderous, plus they're strong enough to punch today's overdubbed black metal scene in the face. I don't think I can say anything else that makes you want to get your hands on a copy of this album. If you like your black metal to be raw, chaotic and malicious, you need this thing. It would be an absolute stand-out in your collection.
